ITALIAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1/4 c. onion, chopped 2 c. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls 2 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese 1 c. spaghetti sauce Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground chuck with onion. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce to meat and put in casserole dish. Mix together Mozzarella cheese and sour cream. Spread over ground beef. Place crescent rolls over mixture. Melt butter and add Parmesan cheese. Spread over crescent rolls. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. |
