RANCH BEER CHEESE DIP | |
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 oz. packet dry Ranch dressing mix 1/3 cup beer With an electric or stand mixer, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese and dry Ranch mix in a bowl and mix together until smooth. Slowly add in the beer and mix in until well combined. Spoon into a serving dish and serve with chips and pretzels. Submitted by: Judy Brannock |
