MICROWAVABLE CORN PUDDING 
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn
Dash nutmeg

Melt butter in casserole dish. Add sugar and cornstarch, then add milk, mixing thoroughly. Beat eggs separately and add to mixture. Add salt and corn after stirring, sprinkle with nutmeg.

Microwave on High - NOT COVERED - about 10-12 minutes (depending on your microwave) or until most of mixture is set. Let sit 2 minutes to finish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
