CHOCOLATE MARBLE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. cocoa

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
6 eggs
2 c. light cream
1 tbsp. butter & butter, melted

MAKE CRUST: In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar and cocoa; press mixture on bottom and sides of 9 inch spring form pan.

MAKE FILLING: In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and vanilla until fluffy. Beat in eggs and sugar until smooth; stir in light cream. Reserve 3 cups filling; pour remaining into prepared crust. Stir cocoa and butter into reserved filling until blended. Spoon cocoa filling in several places on top of plain filling. Draw knife through filling to create marble swirl.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 300 degrees for 1 hour. Turn OFF oven and leave in oven 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool on wire rack. Chill 3 hours. To serve, remove side of pan. Serves 12.

Very creamy and easy to make. I used rum extract which gave it a nice flavor. The graham cracker crust was a bit dry and there was a huge crack in the top of the cake. It didn't affect the taste and everyone gave it a thumbs up!
