BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, toasted
butter
8 oz. Cheddar or Colby cheese
16 oz. turkey sausage, browned
4 beaten eggs
1 c. milk

Toast bread, spread lightly with butter. Cut into quarters. Layer in a 9 inch square pan - toast, sausage, cheese. Repeat until layers are used up (end with cheese on top).

Scramble eggs and milk and pour over layers. Let set in refrigerator overnight and bake the next morning at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
