MOM'S "PUNKIN" PIE 
1 lg. can pumpkin
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix until smooth; turn into a single unbaked crust and bake at 350 degrees until a knife comes out clean, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes for a large pie.
