MAURICE SALAD | |
Lettuce - 1 whole head Gherkin pickles, as desired 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese 1/2 lb. ham 1/2 lb. turkey Shred lettuce into long, thin strips and place in large bowl. Shred pickles in same manner. Cut into strips your Swiss cheese, ham and turkey. Add to salad and toss with the dressing. MAURICE SALAD DRESSING: 2 tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar 1 tbsp. grated onion 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. Miracle Whip 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 2 tbsp. chopped hard boiled eggs 1 tbsp. minced chives 1 tsp. sugar In small bowl, combine vinegar and onion and set aside to marinate. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add vinegar and onion mixture and mix. |
