8 slices bacon, browned & crumbled
3 lbs. potatoes, peeled & grated
2 med. onions
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix potatoes, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Pour into a 9"x9" greased pan. Top with bacon crumbs and 2 tablespoons bacon drippings. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are done.
