1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained & chopped
4 eggs

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. can undrained, crushed pineapple

Mix and bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING DIRECTIONS: Mix together and ice cool cake layers.
