PEACH PIE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
6 peaches, sliced or cut side up (fresh is best)

Mix: 2 tbsp. cornstarch Pinch of salt

Add: 1 tsp. vanilla

Stir well and pour over peaches in pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 325 degrees for 30 minutes more. Pie will be a bit runny but will set as it cools.
