RAVE REVIEWS COCONUT CAKE 
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant pudding mix
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl. Blend 4 minutes at medium speed. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Frost with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting.

COCONUT CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1/3 c. butter
6 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. confectioners sugar
4 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut

Cream butter, blend in cream cheese. Add confectioners sugar and milk. Add vanilla. Frost cake and sprinkle coconut over frosting.
