1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 c. coconut
1 c. walnuts

Mix all ingredients together and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan or 2 round layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes depending on pan and oven. Let cool and ice with favorite icing. Top with coconut.
