8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1-2 green onions

Heat butter and vinegar to a boil. Put all other ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour hot butter and vinegar over ingredients and stir until well blended.

Put in dish and chill.
