PICANTE CREAM CHEESE DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 to 1 c. Pace picante (mild, medium, or hot)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Combine cream cheese and picante in food processor and mix until smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper and stir well. Serve with corn chips or fresh vegetables. Makes 2 cups.
