GRANOLA 
3 1/2 c. cooking oatmeal
3 1/2 c. wheat cereal (Wheaties)
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 c. sliced almonds
1 c. shredded coconut
2 apples, diced
1 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
Raisins and sunflower seeds can be added after cooking

Mix everything together well. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
