DELICATESSEN COLE SLAW 
Med. head cabbage
1/2 c. carrots
1/4 c. red pepper
1/4 c. green pepper
1 sm. onion

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. vegetable oil

Combine dressing ingredients and boil one minutes. Remove from heat and slowly stir in vegetable oil using a wire whip. Makes 3 cups dressing. Pour over shredded vegetables and chill.
