BAY SHRIMP CURRY WITH RICE 
2 lbs. cleaned, cooked shrimp
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. (or less) curry powder
3 pared apples, diced
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. light cream or half and half
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute shrimp in butter for 3 minutes. Add curry and apple, simmer 5 minutes. Add flour and blend well. Add cream and simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve bordered with fluffy rice. Serves 6.
