ZUCCHINI SQUASH, ORIENTAL STYLE | |
1 lb. zucchini squash (3 to 4 small ones) 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper Wash zucchini and slice them like cucumbers into 1/8-inch thick disks. Heat the salad oil in a skillet, then add the zucchini and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the Soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings. |
