8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 to 8 Granny Smith apples

Stir softened cream cheese with brown sugar and vanilla. Put in dish for dipping apples. Slice apples into bite-size pieces. Dip apples into cream cheese mixture.
