PUMPKIN APRICOT DATE BREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped apricots

Beat together the eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil and juice.

In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder and all of the spices. Add to the liquid mixture and stir. Add dates, walnuts and apricots. Bake 1 hour in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees. Cool 15 minutes before removing.
