ITALIAN ZABAGLIONE 
Yolks of 3 large eggs
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/3 c. Marsala wine

Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Place over simmering, not boiling, water. Beat with electric mixer 5 to 7 minutes until very thick and foamy. Do not over cook or the mixture will curdle. Remove from heat and immediately pour into sherbet glasses. Eat with a spoon. Garnish with fresh fruit for a quick impressive dessert.
