CHEESE BLINTZES 
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks

Mix together well.

2 (20 oz.) loaves of fresh white bread

Trim crust from each slice of bread and roll out with rolling pin. Spread above mixture on each slice of bread, and roll up. Dip each roll into 1 and 1/2 sticks of melted butter and roll in mixture of 4 teaspoons cinnamon and 1 cup sugar. Lay on cookie sheet and freeze. When ready to use, cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
