LEMON NUT LOAF 
1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
4 c. pecans
1 (15 oz.) box of white raisins
2 oz. lemon extract
Pinch of salt

In a large bowl cream butter, sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating well. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
