SCALLOPED CORN 
2 cans creamed corn
1/4 to 1/2 c. onion
1/4 or 1/2 c. bell pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. minute rice
8 oz. shredded cheese

Saute onions, bell pepper in butter. Add all ingredients together. Top with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
