SAVORY MEAT LOAF 
1 sm. can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
3 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard (prepared)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
2 lb. ground chuck

Combine milk, tomato sauce, and bread crumbs in mixing bowl. Add seasonings and onion. Mix well. Add meat. Mix well with a fork. Form mixture in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
