KNOX BLOX 
3 pkgs. Jello (same flavor)
2 env. Knox gelatin
3 c. boiling water
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Combine Jello and Knox in a bowl. Dissolve well in boiling water. Add heavy cream and stir until heavy cream is mixed with the gelatin. Pour into a 13x9 inch shallow glass pan. Let set until you see it starting to separate (cream will start to set on top). Then put in refrigerator. After chilling, cut into cubes and put on plate to serve.
