LEMON POPPYSEED BREAD 
1 lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/4 c. poppy seed
3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix with mixer for 2 minutes. Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
