It seems I am in the minority. I tried the recipe yesterday, cooked it 8 hrs. It was tough and I didn't like the gravy. I won't try it again.

I have never made London Broil as it always seemed tough when I tried it at others homes. This was like butter. I actually marinade it in the crock pot overnight and did add meat tenderizer and pounded it a bit with a meat mallet. Absolutely delicious. I have made it twice now and the family loves. You are the best Phyllis, thanks so much.

I like others was skeptical that something so easy could taste so fantastic. Thank you Phyllis for sharing!

I made this with ranch DIP mix (instead of dressing mix) because the store was out of the dressing mix. It's actually even better tasing with the dip mix! Very good both ways.

I put my meat in the crock pot last night...well this morning around 1am. How long does everyone let it cook? I checked it around 6:30am and still seemed a little rough. It's about 3.5 lbs, so I'm thinking it needs to go longer. Any recommendations? Also, I didn't have the Italian dressing mix so I used onion/mushroom soup mix. I can't wait to try it, it smells amazing!!!

This was by far the best crock-pot london broil I have ever made. It is so easy and the gravy is great. I seasoned my meat and browned it a little before putting in the crock-pot. This will be my new "go-to" recipe for quick and easy dinners! Thanks for sharing.
