WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
Wash 1 pound wild rice. Cook 15-20 minutes and drain. Brown 1 pound bacon and crumble. Saute:

1 c. butter
1 chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. green pepper, optional
1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms

Cook until onions are clear. Mix rice. Bacon and onion mixture. Put in greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees until heated through. Makes 2 (2 quart) casseroles.
