WILD RICE TURKEY CASSEROLE | |
3/4 c. wild rice 3/4 c. white rice 2 cans mushroom soup 2 c. milk 1 can water chestnuts 3/4 c. slivered almonds 2 c. celery 1 sm. onion 3 c. diced turkey Bread crumbs 3 slices bread Cook turkey; dice. Use broth to cook wild rice and white rice. Saute celery in butter. Cube bread, brown in butter until brown. Mix ingredients together. Put in 9"x13" pan. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
