AMERICAN CHOP SUEY 
1/2 c. rice, boiled and rinsed
1 lb. ground meat or ground turkey, browned and drained
2 lg. onions, chopped
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1 can mushrooms

Cook rice and rinse. Set aside. Brown ground meat and onions. Then add soy sauce, soups, celery and mushrooms. Mix together. Then add cooked rice. Stir. Put in casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
