BUTTER BEANS 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. white lima beans
3 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. molasses
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. water
1 c. sour cream

Soak beans for 3 to 4 hours. Add salt and cook 1 1/2 hours until soft. Add rest of ingredients, except sour cream, and bake in a casserole dish at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Stir in sour cream and serve.
