GREEN BEANS WITH BROWN BUTTER 
2 lb. green beans, French cut (8 c.)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Put beans in 1 inch boiling water in large saucepan. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes, or until beans have reached desired degree of doneness; drain.

In same saucepan, melt butter and brown lightly; stir in Tabasco. Pour butter over beans in serving dish, tossing lightly to coat beans well. Serves 6-8.
