GREEN BEANS WITH CASHEW BUTTER 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. frozen green beans, cut or French
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. cashews, coarsely chopped

Cook green beans as directed on package; drain. In small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in cashews; saute over low heat until cashews are golden brown. Pour over green beans, stir and serve. Serves 6.

Peanuts or pecans are good substitutes.
