Try with other flavors of ice cream: Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and mint chocolate chip would be yummy as well! 4 Hostess cupcakes, cut in half horizontally (use serrated knife), then frozen 2 scoops Oreo cookies and cream ice cream, softened a bit Spread ice cream over bottom halves of cupcakes.
