1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons hot sauce (or to taste)

Combine ingredients and heat in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Drizzle on fried or grilled chicken, chicken & waffles, roasted potatoes or carrots, buttermilk biscuits, sweet potato fries, or whatever else you may enjoy it on!
