PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. hot jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 1/2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Or 1 (4 oz.) can diced chili peppers.

Pour into blender and mix fine. Pour into pan and add 6 cups sugar, dissolve and boil 8 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 bottle Certo plus red or green food coloring and pour into jars. Jelly will be hotter or milder by regulating the amount of peppers.
