CHILI CON QUESO | |
1 med. onion, finely chopped 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1 (2 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, finely chopped 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped Combine onions with canned tomatoes and simmer until onions are tender. Keep on low heat and gradually add cheese in large pieces until all cheese has melted. Take from heat and add finely chopped green chili peppers and jalapeno peppers. Serve with crackers, tortillas or fritos. |
