MAYONNAISE CAKE 
Sift together:

1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
5 tbsp. cocoa

Add:

1 c. cholesterol-free mayonnaise
1 c. cold water

Bake in 350 degree oven.

FROSTING:

5 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk

Boil 3 minutes. Add 6 ounces chocolate chips and one cup miniature marshmallows. Beat. When cool, spread on cake.
