CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 hen
2 med. onions, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 sm. jar of chopped pimento
1 pkg. spaghetti

Salt and pepper hen and boil until tender. Saute onions, celery and bell pepper. Add mushroom soup and pimento. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Add cut-up chicken and soup mixture to cooked spaghetti. Put in a casserole and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serve with cheese or chow mein noodles on top. This freezes well.
