1 pkg. golden cake mix
1 1/2 lbs. ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix cake mix as directed on the package and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix the remaining ingredients and gently spoon the cheese mixture over the top evenly.

When baking, the cheese mixture will settle to the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
