3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
3/4 c. peanut butter (crunchy)
1/2 c. white sugar
4 to 5 c. Special K. cereal
1 bag milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter

Heat syrup, peanut butter, sugar, on low heat to a slight boil. Add Special K cereal and press into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Spread over cereal mixture. Refrigerate until cool.
