1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
4 tbsp. butter

Put in pan and melt on stove, boil for 1 minute (no longer). Add 1 1/2 cups peanut butter and mix well. Pour over 6 cups Special K cereal (or any kind). Pat in 9 x 13 pan.

FROSTING:

1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Melt together in double boiler and spread over bars.
