BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1-2 c. chopped ham or turkey
1/2-1 c. sour cream
1 box regular stuffing mix
1-2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 clove minced garlic
Sm. amount red pepper flakes

In 9"x13" pan, layer broccoli and mushrooms. Mix soups, spices and sour cream. Pour over top. Add meat if desired. Cover with slices of cheese. Top with stuffing mix prepared to package directions. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
