BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
Bread crumbs, mixed with butter

Cook broccoli. Beat eggs; add milk, cheese, mushroom soup, and mayonnaise. Add broccoli. Pour into casserole dish and spread bread crumbs on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for an hour or until brown and bubbling.
