BEER SHORT RIBS OF BEEF 
Short ribs of beef
1 chopped onion

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. beer
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. beef broth (1 bouillon cube)
1/4 c. ketchup

Roll ribs in flour, salt and pepper. Brown meat and onion in butter. Take out, put in oven pan. Mix all sauce ingredients. Pour over mix. Carrots and potatoes may be added. Cover with foil. Bake 350 degrees. Covered first hour, uncovered second hour or until done.
