STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box of white or yellow mix
1 box (sm.) strawberry Jello
1 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, add 1 at a time
1 c. strawberries
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans

Grease and flour pans. Bake in two 10 inch pans or in rectangle pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick put in center of cake returns clean.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

If you use whole berries instead of strawberry only, you may need more powdered sugar.
