JALAPENO POPPERS
My family loves this recipe! I hope yours does as well!

Jalapenos
Cream Cheese
Bacon
toothpicks

Cut the jalapenos in half and "gut" out the insides (take out all seeds). Once you have "gutted" the jalapenos, wash them in cool water. (just run under water to make sure all the seeds are out). Then begin to fill the jalapeno halves with cream cheese, wrap with a bacon slice and secure it together with the toothpick. Continue this till all jalapenos are stuff and wrapped.

Now to cook them. I either bake them at 350°F until bacon is done, or I put them on the BBQ pit/Grill, also till bacon is done.

Allow to cool to eating desire and enjoy!

This is exactly the same recipe I use. But I find that I have to put them under the broiler to finish cooking the tops of the bacon.
