SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach, cooked, drained 4 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. melted butter 2 med. onions, chopped fine 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix Put all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Chill 1/2 hour. Shape into small balls. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. May be frozen and baked right from freezer, baking time just a bit longer. |
