SPINACH BALLS 
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing

Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves: 6-8.
